PAC Church Events Reservation Instructions
PAC events reservation uses "Trybooking.com" online booking system.
After clicking on the "RESERVE NOW" button from our webpage, the link will take you to "Trybooking.com" website and the following page will be shown:
(1). Please choose the session you would like to attend by clicking the "select" button. Then click "NEXT" to continue.
Please note: If you are reserving an event which only has one session like the AGM, please skip step (1). and go directly to step (2).
(2). Input the number of attendees and click "NEXT" button from the following screen:
*Please note: This number includes both adults and children.
(3). Please enter the correct information of EVERY attendee including the correct phone numbers. If the attendee is a child, please enter your number. As you come through the door on the date of the event, our ushers will verify each attendee's information based on the information that you entered on the form below.
*Please note the number on the top right in orange are the number of seats that you are reserving.
(4). Please enter your personal details on this page.
From the box on the right hand side, you can choose to:

"Remove" all tickets,
-
book more seats or
-
choose another session.
Please confirm all details are correct before clicking "PURCHASE".
(5). After booking is completed, the following page will be shown on your screen.
You don't need to print the tickets to attend the events. The tickets give you information on who you have booked for. Each ticket has a unique ticket number and you will need to know the ticket number to "Return" any ticket through the Trybooking.com system.
After the booking, you will receive an confirmation email from "Trybooking.com". A sample email is shown below:
